Events for Wild West Days
Friday, July 2 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. - Dacotah Bank Brat Feed 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. - FAMCF Ice Cream Social during the brat feed with the bank. 6:00 p.m. - Bull-A-Rama at the Rodeo Grounds. Cowboy Calcutta at 6 p.m. and bull riding to follow. (also mutton busting) 8:00 p.m. - Movie "Shrek Forever After" at the Lyric Theatre 9:00 p.m. - Outdoor Dance at The Steak Out. Music by Judd Hoos Evening - BAR GAMES (under the tent) following the Bull-A-Rama at the Short Stop Bar. Music by Bad Monkey.
Saturday, July 3 7:00 a.m. - Wild West Days 5K Walk/Run at Lakeside Country Club. Click here for Registration Form . Registration 5:45-6:45 a.m. 7:30-9:30 a.m. - Pre-Parade Breakfast at the Masonic Hall 10:00 a.m. - Wild West Days Parade (contact Nancy Grunewaldt (605-460-0167 or 605-472-0788 for parade info) Following Parade - Barbecue at City Park. Drawings for the PINK Guitar and PINK Quilt will be at the park after the picnic, approx. 12:00 p.m. - Tractor Pull at the Steak Out. Signup at 12 noon. 12:30 p.m. start. 1:00 p.m. -Drawings for the PINK Guitar and PINK Quilt will be at the park after the picnic. T-shirts will be available to purchase as well. 3:00 p.m.: Wild West Wheels, Car, Truck; Tractor and Motorcycle show-late entries welcome. (Short Stop Bar will be selling Prime Rib sandwiches starting at the beginning of the car show) After the Car Show. - J&J's Bean Bag Tournament 7:00-9:00 p.m. - 4H Carnival 8:00 p.m. - Movie "Shrek Forever After" at the Lyric Theatre 9:00 p.m.- Music and Dance at Short Stop Bar by Band "24/SEVEN"
Sunday, July 4 8:00-8:30 a.m. - Registration for 2-person 18 hole scramble golf tournament at Lakeside Country Club. Tournament starting at 9:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. - Ecumenical Church services at United Church of Faulkton. 6:00 p.m. - Beer Pong at J&J Bar Evening - Pickler program, to be announced 8:00 p.m. - Movie "Shrek Forever After" at the Lyric Theatre Dusk - Fireworks Display at the Ball Park.
